If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why we offer 30 day returns on all purchases. It doesn't matter our product doesn't meet your expectations, or if you've simply changed your mind. We're ready to provide you with a refund of your order, so long as you request it within 30 days of purchase.
All you need to do is contact us at email@example.com and let us know what went wrong. If your product is damaged, please provide a description of the damage, and photography if possible. Then, all you need to do is ship the item back to us and we'll refund your order once the returned item arrives at our returns facility.
1. The first step is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know why you'd like to return your item. If the item is broken or damaged, it's recommended that you provide photos. This can help expedited the return process.
2. Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
3 (a). For items shipped using standard shipping (FedEx Ground), we will provide you with the return address
3 (b). For large, bulky items delivered using freight shipping, we will arrange pickup of your item. It's recommended you use the original packaging, including the wooden pallet your item arrived on
4. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will process the return for you and refund you your money.
