Free Shipping

At Recreation Deals, we strive to make your shopping experience as simple and stress-free as possible. That's why we offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States.

We utilize two shipping methods, depending on the size of the purchased item:

Freight Shipping

Many of our products are too large to simply pack in a box and ship using standard methods. For this reason, we utilize freight shipping to get your product to you.

All our larger items will be shipped using one of our preferred freight carriers, including UPS Freight and Hercules USA. After your order is placed, it should arrive on your doorstep in 4-7 business days. When it arrives, expect to find it in one or more boxes on a wooden pallet.

In case of returns, it's recommended you keep the pallet & other packaging until you're certain you want to keep the item.

Standard Shipping

A large number of our products are small and light enough to ship using standard methods. For these items, we utilize UPS Ground. As with our freight items, expect these to arrive within 4-6 business days after placing your order

 

Return Policy

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why we offer 30 day returns on all purchases. It doesn't matter our product doesn't meet your expectations, or if you've simply changed your mind. We're ready to provide you with a refund of your order, so long as you request it within 30 days of purchase.

However, barring some exceptions, we do require you to pay return shipping. Many of our products are large and bulky, and take a lot of time and money to ship. In order to provide you free shipping with purchase, and the lowest prices online, we ask that customers pay for return shipping. Note that you must ship your item within 5 business days of your return request.

Return Process

1. The first step is to contact us at customer-service@recreation.deals. Let us know why you'd like to return your item. If the item is broken or damaged, it's recommended that you provide photos. This can help expedited the return process.

2. Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

3 (a). For items shipped using standard shipping (UPS Ground), we will provide you with the return address

3 (b). For large, bulky items delivered using freight shipping, we will arrange pickup of your item. It's recommended you use the original packaging, including the wooden pallet your item arrived on

4. Once the item is received at our warehouse, we will process the return for you and refund you your money.
